With it being rainy here for multiple days in a row I’m gonna try and cheer us up a little. Taking it back to this beautiful summer session from last year. Nick and Katie tie the knot this August and I can not wait for their wedding! Knowing Nick and Katie are really outdoorsy people I told them I would love to check out one of their favorite locations and am so happy I gave them that option. Katie showed me a beautiful hidden gem in Theresa Marsh Wildlife Area! The only complaint of their session might have been the mosquitos. (HAHA) We were eaten alive and they were true champs! Other then that the session had perfect lighting and weather which made for a dream session.
Nick and Katie have become such dear friends over the last few years. I truly treasure their friendship and was honored to have them in front of my camera. Sometimes I think I take for granted that my camera really does capture such raw emotion and memories, and freezes those things for us to hold onto for a life time. And for that I will forever be grateful that I’ve picked up that camera at age eleven and that I have such beautiful souls that trust me to photograph them.
